Has good experience of being part of a Senior Management Team and influencing commercial decision making and is also strong on ER and Operational HR. CIPD qualified, immediately available and happy to travel. £40-45k.

L&D Business Partner (Midlands): Experienced and credible and used to dealing with staff at all levels in a Professional Services environment. Has the ability to speak the language of the operational stakeholders, earn their trust and make an impact as a L&D Consultant. A key feature of her work recently has been developing learning to aid New Business generation. Immediately available and used to travel. £40-£45k.
